cooking with Melker Andersson











This semster started off with cooking with swedens cook of the year in an educational kitchen in Stockholm. As my new project for this year is to create a retsurant concept with the department for interior architecture and furniture design. In a group of ten we design a whole restaurant; from the space to the furniture, the dishes, textiles, the food etc.
One of the nicest features of the project is that we get to work with some really interesting interior architects, textile designers and of course cooks. Every monday we meet up in Melker Anderssons cooking academy and learn how to cook in a real big kitchen. Today we made carribean chicken, a whole new experience!
